Please arrive 15 min before your appointment time to review your profile, outcome measures as well as billing information. Also, please wear clothing that is appropriate for movement as well can access the area of injury.
If you are unable to attend your appointment; please call the clinic at 306-786-3300 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a charge to your account. Rescheduling will not take place until the fee is paid. This is subject to the treating therapist.
